“We had a wonderful stay at the Deer Harbor Inn lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Orcas Island. The rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy! Perfect after a jam-packed day of hosting activities for our friends, from Deer Harbor marina to Eastsound, and ending with the best brisket ever at Matthews Smokehouse just across from the lodge. We enjoyed peaceful, quiet evenings and fresh air through open windows all night. Very convenient location when arriving by ferry and……

“Staff is amazing and friendly. Stored our bags before checkin and after checkout while we were cycling the island and they had a convenient bike rack for us to lock our bikes to. Rooms are small but clean and neat. Can’t beat the price.”

“They gave us opportunity use hotel or rental house b&b in town. It was much nicer and had full kitchen”

“It was pretty quiet even though our room was right next to the elevator. The neighborhood feels safe, nice, and clean. It’s conveniently close to grocery stores and restaurants, and not too far from the state park. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast—two of the containers were empty with nothing much to eat, and no one came to refill them. So we went out for breakfast nearby. ”

“Our hotel room was the cleanest room we have ever stayed in with comfortable furnishings and cozy bed with squeaky clean bedding. I would stay here just for the cleanliness of the room and bathroom alone. However- there was more. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the call after check in asking how our room was- first class service! Also - the care for guest experience was reflected in the high quality toiletries. The inn was wonderfully maintained and extremely inviting……

“The room was spectacular! Clean, comfy, quiet, and nicely decorated. There were also special touches such as robes and slippers, eye masks and ear plugs (which we didn't need) for sleeping, plenty of coffee and hot chocolate. The staff was informative and helpful with great ideas of things to do and restaurant ideas. It was a good location, not to far from town to walk (about a mile). I would definitely stay here again.”
